Perform Risk Analysis Assessment
Purpose
A risk analysis is a method in which specified risks are quantified by determining the probability of a threat occurring and its consequences: Risk = Chance x Consequence. A risk can be defined as an uncertain event that can paralyze a project or operational activity, preventing the achievement of its objectives. No activity is completely immune to risk.
Known risks can be anticipated and eliminated with the help of a careful plan. Unknown risks are more difficult to address.
Target Audience
Employees of High Tech, Food and Pharmaceutical companies whose work directly or indirectly involves setting up operational processes or putting equipment and/or systems into use.
Intent
This training consists of 2 half days (2*4 hours) and deals with several models of approach. Probability calculations and possible consequences determine the risk. In addition, we also look at how we can mitigate the recognition and avoidance of these risks. During this training we will set up a risk management plan.
