Micorp has a long history, since 1983, in the implementation of projects in IT (IBM), banking (Fortis and ABN), Wholesale (Bosta and NAD), Logistics and Distribution (Ludoma Services), Food organizations (Bakkersland and PepsiCo) and Pharmaceutical/Bio Solutions (Tiofarma, MSD and Wacker).

Services vary in management roles per assignment for Program/Project Lead, Validation Lead and Quality Assurance responsible. Operational assignments carried out are in the field of IT Infrastructure, Scada, MES, ERP (SAP), QMS, LIMS, WMS, CSV/CSA, Equipment and Process validation.

In most situations, a risk and gap assessment is carried out with an advisory report, preferably with a plan of action, before a project is started. According to this method, project risks are limited, a better project approach and a focused team is composed with the right disciplines.

Validation projects are carried out where possible with a SaaS Paperless Validation tool, such as tools from ValGenesis or Five Validation. Of course there are more tools in the market, but internal research and operational use have shown that these are the most reliable in terms of product modules and support organization.
